80% Refund Guarantee
If your game is disrupted due to an emergency (e.g. rain), you are eligible for up to an 80% refund of your booking amount.
Important: You must contact us via email or Instagram before the booked due slots. If contacted beforehand, the booking must be either postponed or refunded according to your preference.
