By accessing and using Türf It, you agree to comply with our platform policies, rules of conduct, and booking guidelines.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below is our standard cancellation fee structure for non-subscribed users:

Note for Subscribed Users: Users on premium plans benefit from cancellation fees that are up to 50% less than the standard rates listed above.

3. Code of Conduct

Players are expected to respect turf properties, adhere to designated time slots, and maintain sportsmanship. Turf owners reserve the right to deny entry or ban players who violate property rules.

4. Emergency Postponements

In the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain) or medical emergencies, users may opt to "Emergency Postpone" their booking. This waives the standard cancellation fees, but the rescheduled time slot must be mutually agreed upon with the turf owner offline.

5. Liability & Injury

Türf It and our partnered turf owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur on the premises. Players are advised to play safely and wear appropriate gear at all times.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently ban accounts that engage in fraudulent bookings, severe misconduct on turf grounds, or abuse of the referral and cashback systems.
